* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Edward McGillvary
Edward McGillvary, 74, Celina, died at 7 a.m. March 31, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 13, 1937, in Mendon to Orville and Dorothy Skinner McGillvary. On Oct. 6, 1962, he married Judy Huwer, who died Aug. 24, 2002.
Surviving are four children, Brett (Stacy) McGillvary, Celina, Deborah McGillvary, Celina, Brenda (Jeff) Severns, Mendon, and Susie (Dave) Staugler, Celina; two siblings, Montie (Carole) McGillvary, Mendon, and Betty McGillvary, Celina; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are parents-in-law, Lester and Vera Huwer.
He was a graduate of Mendon Union High School and served with the U.S. Army from 1956-58. He was co-owner of the area Empire Family Restaurant chain until 1996. He then was owner/operator of Empire Restaurant, Celina.
He was a member of Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina Moose and Shane Lodge Free & Accepted Masons, Rockford.
Service is 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at W. H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Calling is 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. His body has been donated to the Anatomical Gift Program at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice or to VFW Relief Fund.
