During the predawn hours, winds will increase ahead of a low pressure system moving east through the lower Great Lakes. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through this afternoon, possibly gusting to 45 mph in a few spots. Wind is expected to decrease overnight but remain relatively strong at 20-25 mph this evening.
Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects and shore up seasonal decorations if possible.

Mary Hamblin
Mary A. Hamblin, 62, Fort Recovery, died at 5:30 a.m. May 13, 2012, at her residence.
She was born May 3, 1950, in Celina to Harold and Janette Worley Spain. She was married to Dewey A. Hamblin, who died Jan. 15, 2005.
Surviving are two children, Nichole Hamblin, Celina, and Shawn Hamblin, Celina; a brother, Jack (Janet) Spain, Celina; and a sister, Carol Miller, Celina.
She was a 1968 graduate of Celina High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of New Start Community Fellowship.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. A.J. Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
