* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Ernest Phlipot
Ernest "Ernie" B. Phlipot, 82, of New Bremen, died at 10:15 a.m. June 19, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born May 5, 1930, in Newport, to Henry and Lena Francis Phlipot. On Sept. 27, 1950, he married Jeannette Budde, who died June 16, 2004. On Feb. 10, 2007, he married Betty Donnerberg Bergman, who died July 24, 2009.
Surviving are his children, Bill (Julie) Phlipot, Dot Scheer and Tom (Brenda) Phlipot, all of New Bremen, Deb (Tom) Scroggins, Seabrook, Texas, Dan Phlipot, Conyers, Ga., and Ken (Amy) Phlipot, Celina, and stepchildren, Dave (Kathy) Bergman of Georgia, Nancy (Jerry) Koesters of Florida, Tom (Sandy) Bergman, St. Marys, Sandy (Dale) Schafer, Fort Loramie, Mary Jo (Dave) Bellman, Coldwater, Jerry (Lynn) Bergman, Minster, Stan (Cindy) Bergman of Arizona, Chris (Brad) Hausfeld, Englewood, Phyllis (Vince) Cuda of Florida, Ed (Cindy) Bergman, Peg (Dan) Harrod, Alan (Becky) Bergman, Bruce (Rhonda) Bergman, Terry (Rhonda) Bergman, Mark (Dana) Bergman and Ron (Melissa) Bergman, all of New Bremen, and Sarah (Mike) McNulty of Texas.
Also surviving are two sisters, Eileen Overman, Coldwater, and Pauline Siefring, Decatur, Ind.; two brothers, Francis (Janice) Phlipot, North Star, and Gene (Marylou) Phlipot, Minster; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, John; a son-in-law, Ron Scheer; four brothers, Joseph, Charles, Leon and Edwin Phlipot; three sisters, Mildred Gaier, Loretta Edwards and Eleanor Schlater; and a stepdaughter, Judy Trisel.
He was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen, where he served as a funeral Mass server for several years. He also was a member of the New Bremen Senior Citizens, the New Bremen Rod and Gun Club, and the former Lions Club, New Bremen. He owned and operated Ernie's Barbershop in New Bremen for more than 52 years and cut hair at Auglaize Acres for many years. He also cared for a local cemetery in recent years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and 9:30-10 a.m. Saturday at the church when the rosary will be prayed.
