* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Marcella Weitzel
Marcella M. Weitzel, 93, Celina, died at 1:40 a.m. July 13, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 18, 1918, in Cassella to Joseph and Catherine Quinter Boeckman, who are deceased. Also deceased is a stepfather, Anthony Cron. In June 1942, she married Aloys Weitzel, who died Nov. 11, 1986.
Surviving are two sons, Ralph (Susan) Weitzel and Dave (Connie) Weitzel, all of Celina; four daughters, Joann (Leroy) Felver and Mary Jane (Robert) Wint, all of Celina, Rose Ann (Louie) Miller, Coldwater, and Judy (Mike) Hamberg, Montezuma; three brothers, John Cron, Columbus, George (Janet) Cron, Cleveland, and Cletus (Pauline) Cron, Celina; two sisters, Rose Fleck and Erma Klosterman, both of Celina; a sister-in-law, Gwen Cron, Celina; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Richard Boeckman, Ray Cron, Wilbert Boeckman, Joseph Boeckman and Tony Cron; a sister, Rita Moeller; and one great-grandchild.
She retired from Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina, where she had worked 24 years. She also had worked at Buckeye Factory. She was a member of Immaculate conception Catholic Church, Celina, IC Sewing Circle and the church Altar Rosary and had volunteered at IC cafeteria and cooked for funerals.
A Funeral Mass was held at 10:30 a.m. today at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiated. Burial followed at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, had charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the IC Church Endowment Fund.
