* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

A happy youngster takes a quick trip down an inflatable slide at the 91st annual New Bremen Fireman's Picnic, the community's longest-running festival. In addition to activities for children, the Saturday event included music, corn hole and wiffleball tournaments, a 5K run, games and food.
