Contractors work in the middle of Minster's state Route 66 and state Route 119 intersection as the $3.65 million Fourth Street reconstruction project continues toward an Aug. 17 completion date. The work, which began in the spring of 2011, has entered the final phase much to the delight of residents and businesses like Wooden Shoe Inn and Willy's Tavern & Drive-Thru.
