WAYNESFIELD - A 44-year-old man was killed Saturday afternoon when a falling tree struck him.
Carl J. "Jay Bird" Cummins of Waynesfield was seriously injured at a residence on Pusheta Road near Fryburg about 4 p.m. He was taken to Lima Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
