* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Edna Lampert
Edna M. Lampert, 86, New Bremen, died at 5:27 a.m. Aug. 16, 2012, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
She was born April 20, 1926, in Cranberry Prairie, to Joseph and Philomenia Huwer Quinter. On June 7, 1947, she married Thomas A. Lampert, who died April 6, 2003.
Surviving are seven children, Bill (Nancy) Lampert, Raleigh, N.C., Charlie (Sharon) Lampert, New Bremen, Peg (Nick) Will, Worthington, Teresa (Larry) Wissman, New Bremen, Pat (Jamie) Lampert, New Bremen, Julie (Tom) Pfenning, New Bremen, and Kay (Bernie) Larger, New Bremen; two sisters, Leona Pleiman, Fort Loramie, and Pauline Kohler, Botkins; two brothers, Rudolph Quinter, Minster, and Maurice (Dorothy) Quinter, Fort Loramie; four in-laws, Mary Ann Quinter, Fort Loramie, Marilyn Dennings, Covington, Audrey McCollum, New Bremen, and Joanne Lampert, St. Marys; 20 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are four brothers, Henry, Albert, Anthony and Robert Quinter; six sisters, Dorothy Dresher, Adeline Huelsman, Loretta Huelsman, Henrietta Barlage, Sally Ossege and Stella Klikovits; and one granddaughter.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the church, when the rosary will be prayed.
