At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Daniel Menchhofer
Daniel E. Menchhofer, 36, Fort Recovery, died at 10:51 p.m. Aug. 20, 2012, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 24, 1976, in Coldwater, to James and Cheri Stump Menchhofer, who survive in Coldwater. On April 18, 1998, he married Kellie Brown, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Austin, Noah and Libbie Menchhofer, all at home; two siblings, Kelly (Jeff) Sheets, Celina, and Jeff (Britt) Menchhofer, Rockford; grandparents, Jim and Helen Stump, Fort Recovery; parents-in-law, Kevin and Karen Raffel Brown, Coldwater; and sisters-in-law, Jamie (Chris) Kelley, Columbus, Katie (Chris) Layne, Coldwater, and Abbie (Jeff) Hart, Celina.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Coldwater and a former Boy Scout leader. He worked at Lefeld Implement, Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:45 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Contributions may be made to a fund for his children's education.
