Kenneth Toler
Former Celina resident Kenneth D. Toler, 63, Rosenberg, Texas, died Sept. 15, 2012, at his home.
He was born Nov. 6, 1948, in Guyan, W.Va., to Troy and Gladys Toler. On April 11, 1975, he married Grace Sharp, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Racheal (Mike) Horton, Dallas, Texas; a son, Aaron Scanlan, of Florida; three brothers, Rodney (Terri) Toler, Mendon, Daniel (Louise) Toler, Montezuma, and Anthony (Delilah) Toler, St. Marys; two sisters, Rita (Dan) Schnipple, Botkins, Brenda (Jerry) Boggess, Tekonsha, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
He served with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Memorial services are pending at New Start Community Fellowship Church, Celina. Burial is at Arlington Cemetery, Washington, D.C.
Cremation was handled by Hernandez Funeral Home, Rosenberg.
