Light snow will continue to move through the region early this morning with the passage of a cold front. Minor snow accumulations are expected. Additionally, some very patchy freezing fog may develop. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Forklifts begin removing sheets of metal at the intersection of state Route 29 and Havemann Road after a semitrailer lost its load Wednesday afternoon. Thomas Leach, 37, of Arlington, Texas, was driving eastbound on state Route 29 when one metal sheet reportedly shifted and cut security straps holding the remaining pieces. Celina Police Chief Dave Slusser said the 2:59 p.m. incident miraculously resulted in no injuries or damage to other vehicles (the sliced leg of a traffic sign is visible in the left side of the picture). Cleanup took approximately three hours.
