Fog has developed early this morning in the wake of recent rainfall. Visibility reductions around 1 mile or less are being observed, and some patchy dense fog cannot be ruled out.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Pennie Sheets-Sanderson
Pennie Lynn Sheets-Sanderson, 47, Rockford, died at 1:54 a.m. Nov. 20, 2012, at the James Cancer Center, Ohio State University.
She was born Jan. 29, 1965, in Lima to Luella "Derb" Vogt Sheets. On Oct. 20, 2000, she married Willie Sanderson, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Dillon Sanderson, Rockford; a sister, Debra (Michael) Hall, St. Marys; and a brother, Ron (Julie) Sheets, Spencerville.
She graduated in 1983 from Parkway High School.
A celebration of her life is 4-8 p.m. Saturday at the Spencerville Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Her ashes will be distributed at a later date.
