* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Locations impacted include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, New Bremen, Minster, Covington, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Pleasant Hill, Botkins, New Knoxville, Hardin, Russia, Laura, Fletcher, Port Jefferson, and Casstown.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 71 and 106.

Ivo Rammel
Ivo J. Rammel, 76, West Union, died Dec. 11, 2012, at the Heartland of Portsmouth Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 30, 1936, in Burkettsville, to Leo and Elizabeth Wendel Rammel. He married Margaret "Margo" Rammel, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Amy Rammel, Sciotoville, and Melissa Rammel at home; a brother-in-law, Martin Wilker, Montezuma; a sister, Mary Ann Weitzel, Fort Recovery; a sister-in-law, Edna Rose, Fort Recovery; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are his brother, Julian Rammel; a sister, Madonna Wilker; and a brother-in-law, Cletus Weitzel.
He worked at Fort Recovery Industries and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, West Union.
Funeral Mass is noon Saturday at the church, the Rev. Les Schmidt officiating. Burial will be at the Schmidt Family Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home, West Union.
Memorials may be given to St. Vincent DePaul, St. Joseph Conference, West Union.
