* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Walter Burckholter
Walter Roy Burckholter, 80, Celina, died at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 12, 2012, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 2, 1932, in Zanesville, to Roy and Clara Coyle Burckholter. On Aug. 21, 1954, he married Mary Lois Samsel, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Michael (Diana) Burckholter, Celina, Brian (Joyce) Burckholter, Antwerp, Jon Burckholter, Columbus, Ga., Brad (Teresa) Burckholter, Celina, Caprice Burckholter, Lima, Chris (Marie) Burckholter, Celina; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles (Gloria) Burckholter, Zanesville, William (Sandra) Burckholter, Philo, Wesley Burckholter, Germany, and Barbara Burckholter, California; nine grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He graduated in 1949 from Philo High School, and then earned his bachelor's of science degree from the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. He was band director at schools in Coldwater, McComb, Washington Court House, Goshen and Morrow.
He also worked as a security guard for New Idea, Coldwater, and was a greeter at Walmart for the last 10 years.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, Albert Alspaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Children's Miracle Network.
