* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Scott Barhorst
Scott H. Barhorst, 37, Madisonville, Tenn., and formerly of St. Marys, died Dec. 23, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Aug. 26, 1975, in St. Marys, to James and Constance Clune Barhorst. On July 27, 2002, he married Michele L. Moeller, who died in the same accident.
Surviving are his parents, James and Connie Barhorst, St. Marys; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lavern and Nancy Gerlach Moeller, Celina; four children, Tyler Barhorst, Logan Barhorst, Hailie Barhorst and Tori Barhorst, all of Madisonville, Tenn.; and his siblings, Laura (Mike Burton) King, West Chester, Angela (Larry) Lambert, Lima, Jim Barhorst Jr., St. Marys, Christa (Curt) Taylor, St. Marys, and Jeff (Sherri Duke) Barhorst, St. Marys.
Deceased are his maternal grandparents, Carl and Bernadine Clune, and his paternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Barhorst.
He was a 1993 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, and was employed at Precision Corporation in Vonore, Tenn., where he served as a dispatcher. He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Madisonville, Tenn.
A joint Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Scott and Michele Barhorst at 11 a.m. Dec. 29, 2012, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, the Rev. Rick Friebel and the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorial gifts may be made to a college fund for the children.
