IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, Neptune, Kossuth, Bulkhead, and Tama.

Robert Leisure
Robert M. Leisure, 80, Celina, died Dec. 22, 2012, at his home.
He was born April 29, 1932, in Elwood, Ind., to the late John and Beulah Leisure.
He is survived by a longtime friend, Rose Gunckel of Verona; children, Robert Leisure Jr. and Sheila Leisure of California, Belinda Leisure and Stan Wenninger of California, Dean Leisure and Paula Jones of Scott; his former wife, Faye and Ken Harvey of Union; step-children, Chris and Rebecca Timpone of Centerville and Jeanine and Jim Churchill of Middletown; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Shirley Kelly.
He is preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Leisure and Truman Leisure.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Verona United Methodist Church, Verona.
