* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Sharleen Mangen
Sharleen S.  Mangen, 73, Celina, died Jan. 11, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born May 22, 1939, in Celina, to Orval and Dorothy Miller Dicke.
Sharleen is survived by her husband, Cyril "Cy" Francis Mangen of Celina, sons and daughter-in-law Steve Mangen of Huber Heights and Jeff (Rose) Mangen of Bellbrook.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1957. She was formerly employed at Mersman Brothers Furniture, Celina Insurance Group and the Empire Restaurant in Celina. She last worked at L.J. Minor as the office manager in Celina.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and was very involved with the youth and religious education program at the church for 20 years. She was on the class of 1957 reunion committee. She was a devoted mother and loved to roller skate.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and before 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
