* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Carol Sue Decker
Carol Sue Brown Decker, 61, Van Wert, went to join her mom and dad at 10:40 p.m., Jan. 24, 2013, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born Nov. 24, 1951, in Van Wert, to Kenneth Eugene Brown and Esther Leila Bashore. On May 31, 1980, she married Howard D. Decker, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Rebecca Ann; a brother, John Gordon (Roberta) Brown, Rockford; two nieces, Victoria Byer and Angela Brown; and a nephew, Timothy Brown.
She was a 1971 graduate of Lincolnview High School and worked at Thomas Edison Workshop for a number of years.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Lance Hostetler officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to CHP Inpatient Hospice Center.
