* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Robert Hawk
Robert M. Hawk, 87, Celina, died at 3:10 p.m. Feb. 10, 2013, at Colonial Nursing Home, Rockford.
He was born July 29, 1925, in Rockford, to Carl and Catherine Smalley Hawk. On April 21, 1946, he married Doris C. "Judy" Ferguson, who died Feb. 8, 2013.
Surviving are two sons, James Alan (Mary) Hawk of Celina and Donald (Teresa) Hawk of Terrace Park; a daughter, Lynette Kay (John) Sweeney of Celina; two sisters, Mary Coppage of Hartford, Conn., and Martha (Robert) Hecht of Celina; three grandchildren, Catherine M. (John) Gorzynski, Tara M. Hawk and Dillon Ross Hawk; and a great-grandchild, Christina (Chris) Newbauer.
Deceased are a brother and sister-in-law, Richard (Marilyn) Hawk; a son-in-law, Keith Fetters; and a grandchild, Karen Sweeney.
He graduated in 1943 from Celina High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was retired from Grand Square Camper Sales, where he was self-employed. He worked also at Hawk Construction and as a dairy farmer.
He was a 4-H advisor for the Rockford Thirsty Club, and a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. He also was a member of Shane Lodge #0377 F & AM, and a past president of the Celina Lions Club and Lutheran Church Council.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, the Rev. Jeff Gramza and Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial with graveside services from Celina VFW and American Legion will follow at North Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
A masonic service is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
