Horstman, Winner named All-Ohio

Marion Local's Chelsea Winner, pictured, and New Knoxville's Haley Horstman received All-Ohio recognition on Tuesday as the Associated Press announced its all-state honors for girls basketball in Division III and IV. Horstman averaged 16.9 points and 3.9 steals per game and was named Special Mention and Winner averaged 15.0 ppg and 4.9 rebounds per game on the way to honorable mention status.
