* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Shirley Stammen
Shirley Louise Stammen, 76, Florida and formerly of Vandalia, passed away March 25, 2013, in Florida.
She was born Feb. 8, 1937, in Ansonia, to Norbert and Lucille Draggoo Barga. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Paul Stammen.
Also surviving are three sons, Craig (Vicky) Stammen, Kenny (Kathy) Stammen and Paul Stammen Jr.; a daughter, Cindy (Bryan) Ross; eight grandchildren, Alesha, Renee', Rachel, Veronica, Luke, Kyle, Eric, and Emily; a brother, Ted (Virginia) Barga; a sister, Susan Barga; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Burns.
She was a parishioner of St. Christopher Church in Vandalia for over 40 years. She was the golf teaching pro at Cassel Hills from 1986 to 1996, and won several tournaments in Ohio and Florida. She retired in 1998 from Tipp City Schools after 25 years as a bus driver. She and her husband enjoyed 15 years of retirement in Florida together.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Monday at St. Christopher Church, the Rev. Frank Keferl officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Monday in St. Christopher Church, Vandalia.
Arrangements are by Blessing Funeral Home, Tipp City.
