Mark Bergman
Mark P. "Lightning" Bergman, 55, Osgood, died April 12, 2013, at his home.
He was born Dec. 12, 1957, in Coldwater to the late Lester Bergman and Wilma Studor Bergman-Wynk, who survives in Osgood.
Also surviving are siblings, David (Mary) Bergman, North Star, Daniel (Donna) Bergman and Patrick (Marilyn) Bergman, all of Versailles, Mary (Gary) Reinhart, Carl (Karen) Bergman, and Kenneth (Margo) Wynk, all of Coldwater, and Janet (Chuck) Kemper, Crestline; 21 nieces and nephews and 14 great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a step-father, Lester Wynk.
He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, and its Men's Sodality, the Versailles Knights of Columbus, and was involved in the St. Maria Farm Market. He was a former umpire in the Darke County area, an avid Versailles Tiger and Cincinnati Reds fan, and enjoyed gardening.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
Calling is 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the Osgood Rescue Squad.
