Time capsule opened

Barb Hamilton, assistant vice president of First Financial Bank, reveals items from a time capsule created March 26, 1992. The capsule, opened a few years early because the City of Celina recently purchased the building, includes VHS tapes with footage of the bank's opening day and groundbreaking, a commemorative coin from the building's construction in 1991 and issues of The Daily Standard and Dayton Daily News.
