* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina's Isaac Elston rolled to an easy victory during his quarterfinal match during Thursday's Western Buckeye League tennis tournament in Lima. Elston and Kris LeJeune, the top seed at first doubles, defeated Wapakoneta's tandem of Joe Pitts and Jordan Dodds 6-0 and 6-0.
