* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

John Shin
John Shin Jr., 76, Dunnellon, Fla., died May 29, 2013, at Lakefront Village Campground in Wapakoneta, following a sudden illness.
He was born May 23, 1937, in Mercer County, to John and Laura Pond Shin.
He married Sondra Myers Shin, who died April 21, 2013.
Survivors include two children, Teresa (Jon) Rockey of West Palm Beach, Fla., and John Michael (Arlene) Shin III of Stockton, Calif.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Marie Shin, and a sister, Virginia.
He was a self-employed industrial sales representative and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Ohio Founding Fathers. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Joint memorial services for John and Sondra were 10:30 a.m. today at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney. Burial will be at a later date in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Fryburg.   
Arrangements were by Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
