* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Arthur Craven
Arthur Alan Craven, 83, Celina, passed away at 6:05 p.m. June 1, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Sept. 28, 1929, in Bucyrus, to Robert E. and Mary Campbell Craven. On Feb. 6, 1954, he married Vada V. Mc Clelland, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his four sons, Jeff (Hallie) Craven of Celina, Randy (Marilyn) Craven of Fulton, Ind., Robert (Sue) Craven of Houston, Texas, and Dana (Lynn) Craven of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Phillip Howell Craven and Arthur Alan Craven; and his brothers, George Craven of Colma, Mich., and James Craven of Pastukla, La.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Craven, John Craven and Daniel Craven.
Arthur served his country in the United States Army During the Korean War as a lineman. He retired from G.T.E. in 1995, after 43 years of service. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, the Celina Masonic Lodge #241 F & A.M., Royal Arch Masons of Celina, Order of Eastern Star # 91 of Celina, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton Chapter, Mercer County Sportsman Association, and VFW Post # 5713 of Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, the Rev. Matt Overman officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina, with military honors by the Celina American Legion Post and Celina VFW.    
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, where a VFW service will be at 7 p.m. and Masonic Lodge services will be held at 8 p.m. 
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
