* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Rolland Zimmerman
Rolland  Zimmerman, 90, Celina, passed away at 1:55 p.m. June 13, 2013, at Miller House, Celina.
He was born Jan. 19, 1923, in Celina, to Ralph and Elsie (Eichenauer) Zimmerman. On Sept. 14, 1945, he married Betty Lou Hays, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, Craig (Carol) Zimmerman, Celina; three grandchildren, Amy (Kurt) Pottkotter, Dallas, Wendy (Patrick) Gill, Dublin, and Matthew (Kim) Zimmerman, St. Henry; and nine great grandchildren, Joshua, Audrey, Katherine, Elizabeth, Foster, Owen, Austin, Aliyah and Isaac.
Deceased are three brothers and a sister-in-law, Homer Zimmerman, Earl Zimmerman and Chester (Opal) Zimmerman; and a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy (Harold) White.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1941. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II with Company K Twenty Second Infantry Regiment Fourth Division. He was a farmer in Mercer County, and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina and Hopewell Grange. He was on the board of directors with the Celina Equity Exchange.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. John Exman officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery in Celina, with military honors by the Celina American Legion Post #210 and Celina VFW Post #5713. 
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and before 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church building fund or State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice.
