* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Coldwater American Legion Post 470 Color Guard members, from left, Phil Naumann, Donald (Red) Feltz, Mel Steinbrunner and Richard Alig present the Colors before Friday's ACME game between Copldwater and St. Marys at Veterans Field. The Cavaliers donned camouflage jersey on Veterans' Appreciation Night, which also celebrated Flag Day and the 238th anniversary of the creation of the United States Army. All four Color Guard members sereved in the Army in Korea. The Cavaliers won the game 3-0.
