Morgan Hesse, Celina, picks up chocolate candies with a tweezers and places them in a cup during "Minute to Win It" activities at the Mercer County District Public Library in Celina on Monday. Hesse joined about a dozen other children from Celina and St. Marys for the series of games. The library will host activities for children all summer.
