* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

I.C. Festival fun

Anthony Feisthler, 3, Celina, enjoys one of the rides at Immaculate Conception Festival on Friday. The festival continues today and Sunday with food stands, a raffle, rides and games. This year's raffle includes more than $50,000 worth of prizes, including Dodge Dart, cash, gift cards and laptop and other items.
