Charles Mann
Charles E. Mann, 75, Wapakoneta, died at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 3, 2013, at Auglaize Acres in Wapakoneta.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
