At 959 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of Spencerville In Allen County, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Mendon, Kossuth, and State Route 116 at State Route 197.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Auglaize County Commissioner Doug Spencer looks over a 300-foot log jam in the Auglaize River just northeast of Spencerville on Tuesday. The river is being cleared through Allen, Auglaize and Shelby counties.
