* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Mcmorran, Lewistown, Logansville, Bloom Center, Springhills and Lippincott.

Dolores Fledderjohn
Dolores C. "Dee" Fledderjohn, 78, New Bremen, died at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 22, 2013, at Elmwood Assisted Living Center, New Bremen.
She was born June 6, 1935, in New Bremen, to Raymond and Marie Topp Mohrman. On Jan. 12, 1957, she married Robert S. Fledderjohn, who died Dec. 26, 1997.
Survivors include her children, Debra (David) Hirschfeld, New Bremen, Steve (Therese) Fledderjohn, West Chester, and Stan (Erin) Fledderjohn, Cincinnati; five grandchildren, Abigail (Rodney) Suchland, Tyler Hirschfeld, Joshua Fledderjohn, Alex Fledderjohn and Alyssa Fledderjohn; and two great-grandchildren, Chandee and Jackson Suchland.
Preceding her in death were her siblings, Dorothy Otting and Donald Mohrman.
Mrs. Fledderjohn was a lifetime member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen and was active in many church organizations. She was formerly active with the New Bremen Girl Scouts, was a member of the C.C.L. and was a member of several card clubs. She also loved to dance and spend time camping with her family. She was a secretary at Crown Controls Corporation of New Bremen and after retiring, she gave tours at the Bicycle Museum of America in New Bremen.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow at the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Wednesday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
Memorial donations may be given to the New Bremen Emergency Squad.
