Eastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Ruby Giessler
Ruby M. Giessler, 81, Van Wert, died at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 2, 2013, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center or Gideon's International.
