* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Decked out for Throwback Thursday

Celina High School students dress up in attire from decades gone by as part of spirit week's Throwback Thursday. Students will dress as "super fans" on Friday and attend a pep assembly at 1:50 p.m. to get ready for the homecoming football game against St. Marys. Immediately following the assembly, the Spirit Squad will host a tailgate party at The Rock, serving free hotdogs, soda and cookies. The public is invited to attend. Participants can play games, have their faces and cars painted and pay 50 cents to smash the "ugly blue and gold car." At 6:45 p.m. the marching band will meet the tailgaters and lead them in a procession to the football stadium.
