* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Northwestern Logan County in west central Ohio... Eastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

James Critten
James F. "Fred" Critten, 94, formerly of St. Marys, passed away at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 4, 2013, at his residence in Lexington, Ky.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Church, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys, where military honors will be given by the St. Marys VFW Post 9289.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Holy Rosary Church, St. Marys.
