Norma Huelskamp
Norma (Rutschilling) Huelskamp, 91, died peacefully on Oct. 6, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 23, 1922, in Cassella, to Lawrence and Rose Henke Rutschilling. She married Roman B. Huelskamp on June 5, 1943, and he preceded her in death on July 27, 1998.
Surviving are four sons, Donald (Terri) Huelskamp, Minster, Ben (Annette) Huelskamp, Maria Stein, John (Diane) Huelskamp, St. Henry, and Glen Huelskamp, Celina; six daughters, Dolores (Robert) Fullenkamp, St. Joe, Linda (Dan) Thieman, St. Henry, Diana (Lavern) Schulze, St. Henry, Alice (John) Otte, St. Henry, Karen (Neil) Romer, St. Henry, and June ("Pic" Michel) Huelskamp, Cincinnati; a daughter-in-law, Judy (Bill) Broering, Yorkshire; 38 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; four brothers, Elmer (Doris) Rutschilling, Osgood, Gilbert Rutschilling, Maria Stein, Wilbert (Norma) Rutschilling, St. Henry, and Leroy (Doris) Rutschilling, St. Henry; three sisters, Bernadetta (Jerry) Kemper, Osgood, Roseanne (Robert) Schoen, Montezuma, and Connie Fullenkamp, Montezuma; and a sister-in-law, Mary Huelskamp, Greenville.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Dale and Mark; one daughter, Jane; a sister, Esther (Norbert) Puthoff; brothers-in-law, Aloys Fullenkamp and Lawrence Huelskamp; parents, Lawrence and Rose Henke Rutschilling; and in-laws, John and Eleanora Vehorn Huelskamp.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and the Ladies Sodality of the church. She was a homemaker and loving caregiver for all of her life. Norma donated her body to science.
A Memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Calling is 9-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the church and after the Mass for a celebration of her life at Romer's Catering, St. Henry.   
Memorial donations may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, is handling arrangements.
