* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Mercer County's limited holding capacity prevents it from taking advantage of lower salt prices through the state's bidding process. That will change next year once a new $4.5 million engineering facility is constructed.
