* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Emilene Henkle
Emilene B. Henkle, 89, Rockford, died at 11:55 a.m. Oct. 28, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, where she was a patient.
She was born March 9, 1924, in Mercer County, to Carl Fredrick and Gertrude (Brewster) Miller. On March 29, 1985, she married John Junior Henkle, who died March 1, 1987.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Mary Anna) Weitz, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Jack (Paula) Weitz, Celina; one stepson, the Rev. Dennis (Yvonne) Henkle, Monroeville; one daughter, Gloria (Jack) Clouse, Celina; and one stepdaughter, Sandra (Bill) Shepherd, Van Wert; nine grandchildren, Brian, Jeff, Carrie, Julie, Jim, Joe, Brad, Jeremy and Christian; 10 great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren, six stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Werner, Pennsylvania, and Catherine (Paul) Eichler, Rockford; two brothers, Laverne (Martha) Miller, Monroe, Ind., and Kenneth (Deloris) Miller, Demotte, Ind.; and one sister-in-law, Florence Miller, Rockford.
Deceased are a brother, Herbert Miller, and two sisters, Ann Kosier and Helen Linn.
She was a homemaker and worked at CTS in Berne, Ind. She later began working at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina, from where she retired after 20-plus years. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Liberty Township, Rockford.
She loved gardening and being outdoors. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and baking pies for church functions.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Liberty Township, Rockford, the Rev. Sharon Stonerock officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
