* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Daniel Hufford
Daniel L. Hufford, 61, Piqua, died at 4:45 p.m. Nov. 8, 2013, at the Piqua Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 16, 1952, in Troy to Donn and Betty Stump Hufford.
Surviving are two sons, Armando (Lou) Oregon, N.C., and Bobby Hufford, Sidney; two daughters, Angie (Jon) Smith, St. Marys, and Susan Hufford, Van Wert; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Connie (Larry) Bloom, Tuscan, Ariz., and Brenda (Butch) Gerken, Huber Heights; and a brother, Mike (Pam) Hufford, Piqua.
Deceased are his father, Donn Hufford, and his mother, Betty Hufford-Hecht.
He attended the Kennedy School for the Deaf in Dayton and worked as an auto body mechanic for Swabb's Automotive in Piqua. His favorite pastimes included riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, following NASCAR racing and building model cars.
A service of remembrance is 7 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Ellis officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to the service.
