A band of snow showers will drop into the region from northern Indiana, and push through the region through the afternoon. Some snow showers could produce a quick light coating of snow on elevated surfaces and bridges. Visibility may also be briefly reduced to a half mile or even less. Northwest winds will also gust up to 30 MPH.
Lighter snowfall will continue into the evening behind the initial band of snow showers, with accumulations from a few tenths to isolated accumulations of up to an inch.
Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

Thomas Broerman
Thomas L. Broerman, 61, Minster, died at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 30, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 26, 1952, in Coldwater, to Lawrence and Thelma Hartings Broerman. His mother survives in Cranberry Prairie.
On June 28, 1980, he married Pamela K. Liette at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, and she survives in Minster.
Also surviving are his children, Christine Broerman and Greg Marchel, Piqua, Brian Broerman, Ft. Wayne, Ind., Alan (Heather) Broerman, Spencerville, Sarah Broerman and Harold Charles, Spencerville; six grandchildren, William, Lauren, Christopher, Shannon, Alicia and Wayne; brothers and sisters, Virginia (John) Voress, New Bremen, Charles (Dolly) Broerman, New Bremen, Phyllis Broerman, New Bremen, Nancy Bond, Celina, Mark Broerman, New Weston, Walter (Ronda) Broerman, Carthagena, Sandy Poeppelman, New Bremen; his mother-in-law, Madonna Liette, North Star; and in-laws, Linda (Mike) Kuether, Yorkshire, and Steve (Shelia) Liette, Versailles.
He was preceded in death by his father, a brother-in-law, Jere Bond, and his father-in-law, Lowell Liette.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster Knights of Columbus, and a 1970 graduate of St. Henry High School. He had worked for Minster Farmers Co-Op and was a truck driver for Go Bucks Trucking.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
