At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Carlos Mullins
Carlos "Moon" Mullins, 70, of Celina, passed away at 9:02 p.m. Dec. 13, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born April 5, 1943, in Hunter, Ky., to Jona and Menda (Hall) Mullins, who are deceased. On Dec. 24, 1963, he married Carol J. Rasberry, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children, Jona Scott (Angela) Mullins, Cleveland; Brett (Amy) Mullins, Waynesfield; Randy C. Mullins, Celina; and Tracy (Basil) Richardson, Ottawa, Ontario; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Clyde Mullins, Chillicothe, and Johnnie (Lylis) Mullins of Kentucky; and two sisters, Angie (Curtis) Prater and Ada (Phillip) Lucas, both of Kentucky.
Deceased are four brothers, Donald Gene Mullins, Bert Mullins, Curt Mullins and Claude Mullins and a sister, Elizabeth Martin.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War for three years and served in the National Guard four years. He was a member of Celina American Legion Post #210 and formerly worked for the Celina Police Department and the Mercer County Sheriff Auxiliary. He was an owner and operator of Two Moons Express Trucking Company in Celina.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Mendon, with military honors by the Celina American Legion Post and the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
