The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, including the
following areas, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin
IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN, and Wayne. In
Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant,
Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton, and Robertson. In Ohio,
Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont,
Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH,
Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan,
Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble,
Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH, and Warren.
* Through Thursday evening
* Scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon will become
more numerous this evening and tonight. With the ground already
saturated and rivers and streams running high, the potential for
flash flooding will be high. Thunderstorms could produce
rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
* Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected on Thursday,
and the risk for flash flooding will continue through Thursday

* Until 830 PM EDT.
* At 431 PM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced two
to three inches of rain in the warned area. Heavy rain continues
to fall over areas that have already received significant rainfall
over the past several days. Runoff from this excessive rainfall
will cause flash flooding to occur.

Botkins, Kettlersville, New Bremen, New Knoxville, Bulkhead,
Wabash, Montezuma, Chickasaw, Maria Stein, Minster, McCartyville,
Tama, Chattanooga, Coldwater, St. Henry, St. Marys, Moulton,
