Mort Ward plays an electronic raffle machine at the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 on Thursday morning. Due to a temporary restraining order issued Thursday in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, the machines, ordered shut down by Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine on Dec. 8, are back on.
