Betty Johnson, 91, died at 4:12 p.m. Dec. 26, 2013, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
Services were 10:30 a.m. today at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial followed at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
