Gilbert Atkinson
Gilbert "Pete" Atkinson, 83, Wapakoneta, died Dec. 8, 2014.
He was a longtime professor for The Ohio State University.
A public memorial service for Prof. Atkinson will begin at 2 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Meyer Community Chapel of Otterbein Lifestyle Community, St. Marys.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Salem United Methodist Church, Otterbein or Heifer Project International.
