Greenville, Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, Ansonia, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, and Webster. Judy Welch
Judy Ann Welch, 59, of Celina, passed away of natural causes at 11:25 p.m. Jan. 18, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
