Southerly winds have begun to increase in strength late this evening. Some gusts of 35-45 mph will be possible tonight through the early morning hours. Be cautious if driving, especially on east-to-west oriented roads.

Carol Dunlap-Reis
Carol Dunlap-Reis, 70, Wapakoneta, died Feb. 6, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born March 4, 1943, in Celina, to Hubert Byron and Margaret Alice Burd Davenport.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Byers, St. Marys, and Theresa Dunlap, Lima; a son, Ed Dunlap, Wapakoneta; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Nina (Howard) Barnhart, Cloverdale.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Karissa Dunlap; a son, Harold "Junior" Dunlap; brothers, Jim Davenport and Leon Davenport; and sisters, Leona Ginter and Carolyn Davenport.
She was a homemaker. Prior to becoming disabled, she had worked as a production associate for CAPT in Celina. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries in Wapakoneta and St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included reading, crocheting and swimming in her pool.
Funeral rites are 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
