* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Catherine Bertke
Catherine "Cathy" M. Bertke, 47, of Montezuma, died Feb. 21, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Aug. 9, 1966, in Coldwater, to John and Wilma Kramer Post. On Oct. 30, 1993, she married Bret Bertke, who survives in Montezuma.
Also surviving are three children, Marc Bertke, Ken Bertke and Cassie Bertke, all at home; brothers and sisters, Cecilia (Mike) Brunswick, Seattle, Wash., Andy Post, Coldwater, Joe (Tisha) Post, Celina, and Lucy (Doug) Strickler, Middlepoint; parents-in-law, Marvin "Pete" and Margaret Bertke, Coldwater; and in-laws, Dana (Theresa) Bertke, Celina, Scott (Anna) Bertke, Coldwater, and Terri Bertke, Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Gerald Post and Virgil Post, and a brother-in-law, Pete Bertke.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, cooked at several area restaurants, and enjoyed camping and her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
