* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Toni Fischbach
Toni L. Fischbach, 65, Wapakoneta, died accidentally on Feb. 22, 2014, at Greenville Falls near Covington.
She was born March 5, 1948, in Dayton, to Arthur "Curly" Swank and Virginia Johnston Swank.
On April 3, 1976, she married Larry Fischbach in St. Marys, and he survives at the residence.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tammy (Dennis) Hayden, Fostoria, and Angela (Mark) Stilley, Panama City Beach, Fla.; and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Fischbach, Piqua.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Swank and Virginia Swank Oiler.
She was a 1970 graduate of Milton-Union High School in West Milton. She had worked at Celina Group Insurance Company, where for many years she instructed classes on insurance software. She later worked at Burke Insurance Company in St. Marys, Kogge Plumbing and Heating and Grand Carriage II.
She was a very devoted animal lover and is survived by her cat, Tigger. She loved all kinds of pets and was always helping a stray cat in the neighborhood. She was a very accomplished counted cross stitcher and enjoyed touring the country on the back of her husband's Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Funeral rites will be 2 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Best Friends Animal Society, Kanab, Utah.
